Delivery Information

All card orders are made to order and dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.
Bigger orders, prints and invitations take between 1 - 3 working days to be made and dispatched.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail; delivery times are dependent on the service they provide.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (UK ONLY):

UNTRACKED SERVICES:
Second Class: 2 - 5 working days in most cases, occasionally may take up to 10 working days
First Class: 1 - 3 working days in most cases, occasionally may take up to 7 working days

TRACKED SERVICES:
Tracked 48: 1 - 4 working days estimated, free delivery on orders £15 and over
Tracked 24: Most arrive next working day but occasionally may take 2 - 3 working days
Special Delivery: Guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive next working day (excludes weekends)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Customs charges may be applicable depending on the country being shipped to. Ireland, France, Holland, Germany and other countries in Europe may incur these charges because of the UK leaving the EU - any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot offer any refund or payment towards these, please bear this in mind when ordering from us.

Europe:
* 5 - 10 working days estimated, may sometimes take up to 4 weeks depending on customs etc, includes tracking

Everywhere else outside of the UK (US, Canada, Australia etc):
* 1 - 2 weeks estimated, may sometimes take up to 5 weeks depending on customs and international shipping delays, includes tracking


Please note that we cannot refund or replace a card until the number of working days above has passed to give the card chance to arrive. Most orders will arrive within the estimated time frames above, but shipping times may be affected by things out of our control such as strikes and seasonal postal delays. Please bear this in mind when ordering - we can't be held responsible for orders not arriving by certain dates, please contact us if you need advice on what postal service to purchase when ordering.

Working days excludes weekends and bank holidays.
