How do I make a purchase?

Once you have decided the items you'd like to purchase, select which text you'd like on the front and inside the card (optional) and then simply add them to your basket from the product page.

You can review the product information on the page. 

Your shopping basket will be updated as you shop so you can check it as you go along. 

When you are ready to complete your order, simply click on your shopping basket and go to 'View Your Basket'.

Here you can preview your order and input your address to get a shipping quote, as well as enter any promo codes.

Feel free to leave a note if you'd like to!

You can then choose to checkout with either PayPal or card.

Can I have personalised text on my order?

Our cards are unique in the fact that any design can be personalised both inside and outside - this means we can change the text to whatever you'd like on the front, and add a special message inside for you! Feel free to get creative - you can add a name, nickname, relation - whatever you like! If you see a design with a certain number or colour and you'd like it changed, we can also do this for you!
Please note that some changes may require extra payment, such as editing cats or other pets to look like specific animals. If you're unsure please contact us before ordering.

How will I know when you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please check your junk folder if you haven't received this! If you're unsure, feel free to contact us.

Can you send my card directly to the recipient?

If you want your card to be sent directly to the person you want to give it to, we are happy to print your message in the card and send it directly to the address provided - just let us know in the notes section when you purchase or send us a message. Please do let us know if the card is going direct to the recipient as we can't always tell - this is so we can package it correctly for you! If it's not mentioned then your card may be left unsealed.
