Please note that if a greetings card or print has been personalised it cannot be returned unless faulty. All greetings cards are made to order.
Faulty items include damaged items and/or items that have incorrect personalisation. This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of mine or the item has not been cared for in your possession.
If your order hasn't arrived yet and it's past the shipping dates in the delivery information, please contact us so we can look into this for you.
Please note that international shipping and busier times such as Christmas may incur longer shipping dates compared to normal. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive - thank you.
Tracking isn't available on standard shipping - please upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout for full tracking on your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days - if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we're unable to offer you a refund or exchange if your order is faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lilackittendesigns.com
